Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original containers.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
